Trainee Estate Agent
Trainee Estate Agent Opportunities available in Brentwood and Colchester Basic salary is between 18,000 - 20,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience, plus bonuses, car allowance and other financial incentives.
Offering a realistic OTE of circa 22,000 - 26,000 per annum.
Hours of Work:
Full time, 5 days per week, including Saturdays (you will have a day off during the week when working a Saturday).
Our branch opening hours are 8.
30am - 6.
00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.
30am to 5.
30pm Friday and 8.
30am to 5.
00pm on Saturdays.

Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and backgrounds, to make informed recommendations of suitable properties to rent.
Develop a good understanding of the property portfolio.
Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants Negotiating terms between the landlord and tenants.
Requirements:
Previous industry experience preferred, but not essential as full training provided.
However, all those applying must be able to demonstrate a proven track record within a competitive customer focused environment.
Enthusiastic and competitive.
Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional approach.
